About me

My name is Carolanne Hines. I am a graduate student in the MSCJ program at Valdosta State University. I currently reside in Tallahassee, Florida. As of right now, I am currently data collecting for my thesis on violent revictimization and routine activities theory. My hope is to show that changing certain aspects of an individual's routine can prevent them from being violently revictimized.

For this portfolio, I chose to include several different written works. I have three case briefs covering three different topics. I have a discussion on law enforcement management practices as well as a policy evaluation on the sex offender registry.

In my spare time I enjoy crocheting, crafting, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and cooking.
